EMSDepot.com is owned by Hammer Medical, a division of Island Wide EMS Products Inc., in business since 1992. Our company has a warehouse and showroom in Middle Island, New York.

Our sales staffs are members of EMS Services in Long Island. We have a Staff Physician who serves as our Medical Director.

We provide free shipping for orders over $100.00. If your order is under $100.00, we will only charge the exact UPS shipping charge.

We try to keep our prices current, but sometimes due to unforeseen price increases from our vendors we reserve the right to change them when it becomes necessary.

We will inform our customers of any changes when you place an order.

Our terms for customers with open accounts are 'Net 30' days. Accounts that are overdue by 30 days will be charged a rate of 1.5% per month or 18% annually.

If you have any claims to make about damages or unwanted merchandise, you must place them within 5 days of your invoice.
